Feeling tired when you still need to get things done
I have sleep schedule of sleeping for 5 and a half hours. I dont sleep as soon as i get on the bed but I take 5-15min. I wake up at 4am. I concentrated really well in the 1st period of economics but just before the break and during the break I was really tired. I just wanted to sleep. I dont know if it is because I am not getting at least 6 hours of sleep maybe scientifically its because of that but I need to train my brain to adjust with this sleep. Even in the future as a lawyer I wont get any time to sleep so practicing now itself will be beneficial. Often times when we feel tired or sleepy we immediately go to sleep. That is when we do not have a system or goals that we need to achieve. Plans should be flexible that is I should have time to rest in between the day.
