17/2/26 Problem: Talking without pauses Talking without pauses means to speak continously without taking a breath and not articulating your next sentence. Talking without pauses also means you blurt out everything in your mind without giving your mind the time to think. The issue here is that the audience won't be able to understand what you are trying to convey. The words become scattered. You start to panic. It becomes especially difficult when you are trying to lead because if you do not yourself be able to convey what you want to be done in an understandable, calm, composed and articulate manner, the people who are hearing you won't give you the attention nor would they respect you enough in order to do that task. What you say is what you are. A slip of the tongue can cost you your reputation, job and even your relationship. There is nothing good about speaking fast or without pauses...
